When it comes to breakfast, it pays to think outside the box -- the sugared cereal box. With a new school year on the horizon, the importance of eating a good morning meal is once again a hot topic, and experts said there are lots of healthy choices. Among them: whole grain, high-fiber, low-sugar cereal; low-fat yogurt; milk; and fruit or 100 percent fruit juices. Even some of the instant breakfast drinks are good in a pinch, nutritionists said.
