Exercising a plan that's making the fat melt awayPublished 09/18/05
I was about 360 pounds at my heaviest weight. As serious as that sounds, it wasn't so much my physical health that was the problem. Even at my heaviest, I didn't consider myself to be terribly unhealthy. I had never suffered with the high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol that some trimmer people I know do. What was worse, for me, was my emotional, and physical, fitness. At 39, I felt I was losing my independence and the physical ability to do the things I wanted to do.
