The holidays are over and although it would seem easy to get back into the routine it has not been for me. It seems once a routine is broken it is difficult to get back.
One thing I have noticed in the past month is that even though I have not lost the pounds I accumulated over the holidays, I have gained overall strength since working with my trainer, Glenn Davis.
