Last weekend was glorious for nearly everyone, enlivened by Volvo sailboats, various festivals and the Bay Bridge Walk. One person who didn't enjoy the weekend weather was 2-year-old Colin Lukas of Severna Park, whose eyelids were red and crusty and whose nose ran like a slow leak. Six-year-old Amber Johnson of Millersville felt miserable, too. "My eyes get hot, red and watery," said the Rippling Woods Elementary School first-grader.
