A Roman holiday: Boring days of summer are now ancient historyPublished 07/13/06
Ancient history never tasted so good. In a Belvedere Elementary School classroom that smelled more like a bakery last week, students displayed the results of their latest project: a cutaway model of a Roman road with layers made out of tasty treats like peppermint patties, mini marshmallows, and crushed granola.
