I am one of the people who received a refund of my Medicare Part D prescription drug plan premiums in error. I have now received a letter from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) which says that they are going to start withholding the correct amount in October, and that I have to return the money that was sent to me in error.
