Q: My wife is disabled and not yet 65. She just received her Medicare card, which offers her both Medicare A and B. I have full coverage for her through my company. Do I have to pay for Medicare Part B for her, or can she use my plan? Find Us On Facebook
A: During the period that you are fully employed and you are both fully insured by your employer plan, your wife will not need Medicare Part B. If she has prescription drug coverage through that plan, she can also turn down Medicare Part D and use your plan.
