Susy recently started exercising to work off the extra pounds she put on over the holidays. Actually, that includes holidays going back to 1995. Every year she resolves to shed some weight, and every year her best intentions break down.
It's not going well this year either. Now she's so out of shape, working out is hard to do. She's also struggling to find time to fit exercise into her busy schedule.
