Thump-THUMP, thump-THUMP. Damian Titow's fists pounded the heavy bag like a trip hammer. The 11-year-old Severna Park resident threw his whole body into every punch as sweat gathered on his forehead. Despite the strain, he was in his glory, enjoying every minute of boxing class at Club One Fitness in Millersville. "I get out all my anger on the bag," he said, grinning. "I just think it's fun." Damian, who has been taking boxing classes for 1½ years, said he pictures "people who've been mean to me in school and stuff," and uses that as motivation when he practices punching.
