Kevin Mowles knew he had to get fit, but exercise just didn't compute - until the software engineer went high-tech. Mr. Mowles, of Edgewater, has been wearing a device called the bodybugg for 14 weeks and has dropped 21 pounds. The 51-year-old, who works out at South River Fitness in Edgewater, said he's feels better and looks better. He'd eventually like to get back to what he refers to as his "wooing" weight of 195 pounds when he was courting his wife.
