Even under the harsh glare of the sunlight streaming into his Edgewater skincare practice, the South River Medical Spa, Dr. Sanjiv "Sam" K. Saini appears to be his own best patient. His skin is smooth, low on wrinkles and devoid of blemishes.

Unlike his fellow adults, the dermatologist, affiliated with the Anne Arundel Medical Center, seems free of the skin problems that plague other adults.
