He'd been let out of his container several times to stretch and slither behind his owner's Glen Burnie home in the past five months - and never once had Hugo tried to escape.
So Jackson McKneely Jr. didn't think he had to worry about leaving the 11-foot-long python in a bin in the back of his truck at Arundel Hills Park last week while he went to hang out with some friends for a few minutes.
