For Carrie Vosburg, jogging is more than just exercise. It’s also a pet project. The Odenton resident’s running buddy is Alex, her two-year-old, 65-pound Weimaraner. Twice a week, the pair heads to GORC Park and puts in about three miles in a loop around the Piney Orchard area.
