Opening today and running through March 9 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, this spectacular event has derived inspiration from "The Crescent City" - a place that, despite seemingly insurmountable odds and challenges posed by Hurricane Katrina's 2005 "visit" - is still alive and filled with promise.
