Away We Go: Plans on track for National Train Day at Union StationPublished 05/04/08
All aboard for National Train Day!
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, an exciting celebration of America's passenger rail service and the railroad industry will stretch across the country, from New York to Los Angeles. Washington, D.C.'s Union Station will host one of four galas taking place at Amtrak's largest stations.
National Train Day will be a joyous coast-to-coast commemoration of the way trains connect people and places.
