I know people who host the annual Fourth of July celebration for one reason and one reason only - it's easy. At Thanksgiving, there is too much pressure to have the perfect Norman Rockwell turkey. At Christmas, everyone expects festive decorations. Birthdays come with a host of demands, depending on the age of the honoree. But July 4?
