When the golf bags are just about as big as the golfers, it pretty much stands to reason that instruction should be kept to a minimum and fun to a maximum.

Compass Pointe Director of Instruction Damian Crosby, who ran a two-day Pee Wee Golf Camp, watches Tommy Coleman, 5, of Severna Park, tee off.And that was certainly the case this week at the two-day Pee Wee Golf Camp at Compass Pointe Golf Courses in Pasadena. The 5- to 8-year-old boys who participated got tips on safety, rules and etiquette, as well as the basics on grip and stance. But Director of Instruction Damian Cosby's main thrust was to help his young pupils have a good time.
