Local artist, Mrs. Cheney publish children's book on Constitution

When Lynne Cheney was looking for an artist to illustrate her new children's book on the U.S. Constitution, she picked local artist Greg Harlin.

Mrs. Cheney, wife of Vice President Dick Cheney, said Thursday she hopes to attend a reception in Annapolis tomorrow evening honoring Mr. Harlin and their new book.

"He had done a book on Paul Revere that I loved, and I said 'I know that if he can do that for Paul Revere, he can do it for the (founding fathers) who signed the Constitution,'" Mrs. Cheney said in a telephone interview.

"What I wasn't sure about was if he could render the familiar...
