Mrs. Cheney, wife of Vice President Dick Cheney, said Thursday she hopes to attend a reception in Annapolis tomorrow evening honoring Mr. Harlin and their new book.
"He had done a book on Paul Revere that I loved, and I said 'I know that if he can do that for Paul Revere, he can do it for the (founding fathers) who signed the Constitution,'" Mrs. Cheney said in a telephone interview.
