The Arnold Senior Center, 44 Church Road in Arnold, will offer the following programs in November:
Musician and center member Bill Sharkey will lead a singalong at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 5. Song books will be available.
Registered nurse Julia DiRado will be available to take blood pressure readings and check glucose levels for those who are diabetic from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Nov. 5 and Nov. 19. There is no fee for this service.
Seniors can play diabetic bingo with a diabetic educator from the Joslin Diabetes Center at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center from 10 to 11 a.m. Nov. 5. Players can learn more...
