Achieving Happiness: Good time to nurture relationships

What a wild ride it has been on Wall Street, and it's affecting all of us on Main Street.

Everyone is concerned about how the Wall Street woes will affect their financial future. American's have always figured out how to solve the problems we face. It just takes awhile. In the meantime, there are some important lessons to be learned.

How did this catastrophe happen? In simple terms, lenders were allowed to create a new type of mortgage that gave money to people on Main Street without asking for proof they'd be able to pay their loans, and now many can't.
