Area dogs finalists in Milk-Bone contest

While national and local politicians grapple over every last vote, two Annapolis-area dogs are working to win hearts and votes over to their own cause: to become the next Milk-Bone "spokesdog."

Wyatt, a 3-year-old boxer, is running on his merits as a frequent blood donor, working with his owner, veterinarian Jacqueline Falke, to save lives. But 2-year-old Ginger is in contention as "a girl's best friend," a constant and loving companion to 14-year-old Shannon O'Brien.
