What are you wishing for in 2009? Many people say they'd be happy if they had more money. Some people believe they'd be happy if their spouse was more loving. Others think they'd be happy if they just had a spouse. Lots of people want a secure job.
When the world around you is stressful, frustrating or fearful, you can override your negativity by developing a healthy body, an optimistic mind and a serene spirit.
