My Time: Giant Food's 'Triple Winner' season begins

On March 26, Giant Food hosted a kickoff event for its fifth annual Triple Winner game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. More than 180 Giant store managers attended the event and committed to raising $1 million for the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins University of Medicine and $500,000 for the Children's Cancer Foundation.

Three brave children currently receiving treatment at the Sidney Kimmel center at John Hopkins Division of Pediatric Oncology attended the event: Joseph Sudo of Annapolis, Dustin Phillips of Fruitland and Alexis Whitnet of Windsor Mill.
