Q: I applied for the Extra Help Program for Part D. I received an approval letter from the Social Security Administration yesterday. It states I have a full subsidy. However, when I went to the drug store that afternoon, the cost of my medicines under Part D was still high. I though if I was approved for the Extra Help, the co-payments I pay would be reduced.
