More than 100 people attended the event to mark the nonprofit organization's growth from humble beginnings to an organization with 2,600 members, six programs, and four sites across the state. Co-founders Barbara Huston and Sandra Jackson welcomed guests and were thanked for their vision and leadership. The Celebration Committee, consisting of Susan Nolte of Severna Park, Charlotte Taylor of Chester, and Lisa Barry of Millersville, put on a lively dinner party with dancing and a silent auction. Professional Story Teller Bill Rogers of Severna Park entertained the audience with heart-felt tales of Partners In Care's community-building support for older adults to live independently.
