Newlyweds eager to host their first holiday dinnerPublished 11/26/09
Katie and Kevin Ingram have so much going on in their lives right now that cooking a Thanksgiving dinner for nine barely qualifies as a blip on the radar screen.

Clad in the outfits they wore for their wedding just a few days earlier, Katie and Kevin Ingram of Arden-on-the-Severn prepare banana bread Monday night for their Thanksgiving dinner. The Ingrams got married Saturday, but rather than leave the planning and cooking to someone else, they’re hosting the holiday meal at their home.For starters, the Arden-on-the-Severn couple, who've been together 2½ years, only tied the knot five days ago. That alone would be enough for most people to decide to head over to someone else's house today, provided they weren't already away on their honeymoon.
