There's nothing like writing a reference book on good manners to test your civility, thank you very much.

The women co-authored the fifth edition of a comprehensive guide called “Service Etiquette.” The edition was published by Naval Institute Press and was released recently.But experts that they are, Cherlynn Conetsco and Anna Hart met all their deadlines and managed to remain friends while writing a 530-page etiquette guide in just 18 months. "Service Etiquette, 5th Edition," which was released recently by Naval Institute Press in Annapolis, features advice on every conceivable situation.
