But every so often, a bundle of body-image issues walks through the doors of Essential Fitness in Chesterfield, Mo., and it's usually in the form of a thin woman wanting to drop a dress size or two.
"When they look in the mirror they see themselves as fat," said owner Ian Fagala. "They don't see the image that we see. It can be pretty challenging to help them see that they're a healthy size."
