There's a multicolored cape, a long shiny coat with of lots of odd stitching, and jackets that have been out of style for a good 20 years. Maybe they were never in style at all. But Philpott loves every single one of them. In fact, she hunts thrift stores for coats just like them.
In the Annapolis resident's hands, they'll be reborn as trendy handbags and clutches.
