My Time: Women Giving Together awards grants

Anne Arundel Women Giving Together, a women's giving circle, has chosen eight organizations to receive grants from the group.

The award recipients and their programs were introduced at AAWGT's annual Grants Showcase Reception on June 9 at the Francis Scott Key Auditorium, St. John's College, in Annapolis.

This is AAWGT's fourth annual round of grants, with $65,000 in grant funds made available through the group's member contributions. The giving circle awards funds to programs directed to county women, families and children, particularly in the areas of education, health and welfare, or prevention of...
