It's hard to not get emotional while talking to John Fernandez. Fernandez is a real-life war hero, and it's a true honor to simply shake his hand and hear his story. Fernandez was in Annapolis on Friday night to play in the inaugural Army-Navy alumni lacrosse game. The 27-year-old Long Island native was noticeably different than the other 163 Annapolis and West Point graduates who participated in the contest. Fernandez, Army's team captain in 2001, has no legs.
