College lacrosse is similar to professional hockey in the sense a great goaltender can take a team deep into the postseason. Navy has a keeper who can be a difference-maker like the NHL's Patrick Roy or Martin Brodeur. Matt Russell proved that as a sophomore, getting hot and helping lead Navy to the NCAA Division I championship game.
