Landing Timchal to benefit fledgling Navy program Athletic director Chet Gladchuk said he would give the Naval Academy's fledgling women's lacrosse program all the resources necessary to compete at the highest level of the sport. Gladchuk took a major step toward fulfilling that promise by hiring the most successful head coach in the history of Division I women's lacrosse.
