Remember the public service ads played over and over on television decrying the evils of peer pressure concerning drug use or pregnancy issues? You know the ones, "Come on Billy, take a hit" or "We've got the house all to ourselves, Baby."

OK, OK, peer pressure can certainly be a bad thing, but for Naval Academy senior linebacker David Mahoney, some badgering from a couple of high school teammates, including best friend and current Midshipmen fullback Matt Hall, changed Mahoney's life in an equally profound and positive way.
