Rumors continue to swirl with regard to the future of Naval Academy head coach Paul Johnson. Johnson is reportedly on the short list of candidates being considered by both Alabama and North Carolina State. Several sources told The Capital that a member of a search firm representing N.C. State contacted Johnson on Sunday. Johnson, reached at office in Annapolis this morning, declined to discuss the situation when asked whether that was true or not. Johnson is believed to be the top candidate at N.C. State, although it is unclear whether he would be interested in replacing the recently fired Chuck Amato. Current LSU...
