Say what you will about the current state of the Navy men's basketball program. The Midshipmen are in the midst of their sixth straight losing season, a string that is split evenly between retired head coach Don DeVoe and current head coach Billy Lange. However, Navy has accomplished one notable goal during that span - dominating the all-important Star Game with archrival Army.
