Mids pick up pace for Pittsburgh testPublished 10/04/07
Navy's football team returned to the practice field yesterday and began preparation for a rare Wednesday night game at Pittsburgh.
Head coach Paul Johnson had given the players three days off following Saturday's uplifting 31-20 victory over service academy rival Air Force. Assistant coaches went on the road recruiting while Johnson performed a thorough review of where Navy (3-2) stands one game shy of the midway point of the season.
