Humble to be on PointPublished 12/16/07
A full bathroom is attached to the spacious office reserved for the head football coach at the Naval Academy.

Ken Niumatalolo served as confidant for many of Navy’s players who he will now lead.Ken Niumatalolo keeps forgetting to use it. After practice this week, Niumatalolo headed to the locker room showers as he'd always done. Some of the assistant coaches had to remind Niumatalolo there was no need for that anymore. "They were like 'What are you doing. You have a shower in your office.' I'm still getting used to this deal," said Niumatalolo, who spent 10 years as a Navy assistant. Truth be told, Niumatalolo hasn't even moved into the big office with the bathroom. He's still working out of the...

A Fellow Polynesian Coach - December 19, 2007
It is nice not only to see a man succeed through hard work, proactivity, and perseverance but as a fellow Polynesian coach it is nice to see this historic event. My favorite part: Realizing that the head coach is right and being a man of fulfilled action instead of being hard headed. I'm glad I can learn this now instead of the hard way. Congradulations Coach Tuimatalolo. Great Article

Minor error - December 17, 2007
Mr. Wagner, there is a minor error in your article in reference to Niumatalolo's position with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In the LDS church local congregations are led by a bishop who is assisted by two counselors. Together the three positions are referred to as the bishopric. Your article incorrectly called this body a Bishop Brick, a small and understandable error. Your article is well done and it is great to read about the success of a man of faith no matter what church he may belong to. Thank you for filling us in on the background of Navy's new head coach.
