CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Heroes abounded for the Navy lacrosse team during last night's playoff upset of fourth-seeded North Carolina.
No one came up bigger than goalkeeper Tommy Phelan, who was absolutely on fire in stopping dangerous shot after dangerous shot.
Attackman Tim Paul had the hot hand on offense, getting loose and firing in a series of rocket crank shots.
