Those closest to the situation know one thing: Navy ace pitcher Mitch Harris will almost certainly be selected tomorrow afternoon early in the Major League Baseball Amateur Draft. What happens after that is anyone's guess. Not even Harris or the organization that picks him can be sure when the hard-throwing, right-hander will be available to play.
