For his initial three recruiting classes, Navy basketball coach Billy Lange was seeking numbers. It didn't matter if the prospects were guards, forwards or centers, Lange simply wanted the best available players to restock the talent base.
Jeff Schryver - For The CapitalJordan Sugars helped his Millbrook High team win a Virginia Group AA state championship. In a testament to how far the Navy program has come, Lange and staff were able to be a bit more selective this recruiting campaign. The Midshipmen graduated their top swingman and leading scorer Greg Sprink this past May.
