New coach taking fundamental approach to women's basketballPublished 11/02/08
Shortly after being hired as Navy women's basketball coach, Stefanie Pemper sat down and watched film… a lot of film. Pemper viewed almost every game of last season in its entirety to get to know the program's personnel and gain an understanding of why Navy finished with a 7-23 record.
