When Dobbs was told of that connection as a young boy, he learned more about Williams and decided he wanted to follow in his footsteps by becoming a National Football League quarterback.
"Once I found out that I was born on the same day Doug Williams won the Super Bowl I decided he would be a good person to look up to and that I would try to accomplish the same things he did," Dobbs said.
