Navy head coach Ken Niumatalolo said quarterbacks Kaipo-Noa Kaheaku-Enhada and Ricky Dobbs will receive an equal number of repetitions with the first team during practice and he will decide later this week who will start Saturday's service academy showdown with archrival Army.
