Every speaker that took the podium during yesterday's Army-Navy kickoff luncheon at Lincoln Financial Field praised Philadelphia for its hosting of the game. Army athletic director Kevin Anderson and Navy assistant athletic director Eric Ruden both singled out Larry Needle, executive director of the Philadelphia Sports Congress, for the fine work he and his staff perform in organizing the Army-Navy weekend. "Our goal five years ago when we awarded the contract was to make this more than a game.
