Navy coaches decline Army advancesPublished 12/23/08
Navy coordinators Buddy Green and Ivin Jasper withdrew their names from consideration for the Army head coaching position, <i>The Capital</i> learned yesterday. Both men interviewed with Army athletic director Kevin Anderson in Washington this past weekend. Jasper said the interview with Anderson went well, but that after consulting with his wife he decided to remain at Navy at this point in his career.
