Navy defensive coordinator Buddy Green is looking forward to coaching his unit next season, and no wonder.
Navy's defense made dramatic strides during the 2008 campaign and concluded the regular season with consecutive shutouts. The Midshipmen had the most improved scoring defense in the Football Bowl Subdivision and forced 30 turnovers, almost twice the number as the year before.
