Former President George W. Bush looks upward as the Star Spangled Banner comes to a close with the roar of a military flyover just prior to the opening kickoff of the SMU versus Navy game on Saturday at Ford Stadium in Dallas.DALLAS - All the rumors turned out to be true as former President George W. Bush did indeed attend last night's Navy-SMU game for the purpose of presenting the newly created Gansz Trophy to the winner afterward. President Bush visited the Navy locker room prior to the game to offer some words of encouragement. "The last time I saw you was in the Rose Garden," said Bush, referring to the fact he presented Navy with the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy in 2007. "Now I'm retired.
