HOUSTON - Quarterback Ricky Dobbs was front and center during Navy's post-game celebration on Thursday night. It was Dobbs who stood alongside head coach Ken Niumatalolo as he was presented the Texas Bowl trophy. However, the moment Dobbs really enjoyed came when he was handed the giant cowboy hat that is traditionally given to the Most Valuable Player of the Texas Bowl. During a press conference earlier in the week, Dobbs had seen large poster boards containing pictures of Rutgers running back Ray Rice, Texas Christian quarterback...
