Avworo recorded a double-double for the second straight game with 17 points and 10 assists to lead Navy to an 81-79 victory over Bucknell in a back-and-forth battle on Friday night at Alumni Hall.
Avworo, who committed just one turnover, consistently created opportunities for his teammates by penetrating the defense and Bucknell head coach Dave Paulsen felt strongly the junior point guard was the difference in the close game.
